7 Days Lemosho Route Kilimanjaro.

Mount Kilimanjaro trekking Lemosho route;

10 Days Kilimanjaro Climbing Lemosho Route (7 days on mountain)

The Lemosho path is an unspoiled, remote, little used and delightful way as much as the Shira plateau. The direction is one of the few where companies may be accompanied on the first day through an armed ranger because the forests across the Lemosho Glades are inhabited by means of buffalo, elephant and different natural world.

The minimum length of the Lemosho course is 6 days; however, we strongly endorse trekking the route in 7 days. The additional seventh day will provide your body extra time to acclimatize, decreasing the results of altitude illness and come up with greater time to rest before trying the summit

The Kilimanjaro climb 7 days Lemosho is nicer for acclimatization. The far off is much less used and exquisite manner as much as the Shira plateau. The course is one of the few in which businesses may be accompanied on a primary day by an armed ranger, as the forests across the Lemosho Glades are inhabited by buffalo, elephant and other wildlife.

The minimal period for the Lemosho direction is 6 days; however, we strongly suggest hiking the route in 7 days. The additional 7th day will give your body greater time to acclimatize, lowering the results of altitude sickness and provide you with more time for relaxation before trying the summit.

Very early in the morning (midnight to 2 am), we continue our way to the summit between the Rebmann and Ratzel glaciers. You head in a northwesterly direction and ascend through heavy scree towards Stella Point on the crater rim.

This is the most mentally and physically challenging portion of the trek. At Stella Point you will stop for a short rest and will be rewarded with the most magnificent sunrise you are ever likely to see. Faster hikers may view the sunrise from the summit.

From Stella Point, you may encounter snow all the way on your 1-hour ascent to the summit. Once at Uhuru Peak you have reached the highest point on Mount Kilimanjaro and the continent of Africa!

From the summit we begin our descent by continuing straight down to the Mweka Camp, stopping at Barafu for lunch. You may want gaiters and trekking poles for the loose gravel going down. We arrive at Mweka Camp and enjoy our last evening on the mountain.
