Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival
We will pick you up from Kilimanjaro International Airport at Hotel in Kilimanjaro / Arusha for overnight
Day 2 – Arusha to Tarangire National park
After being collected from your hotel in Arusha, you will drive for 2-3 hours to reach Tarangire National Park.
Hemmingway often went on big game hunting safaris in this region. In 1970, the national parks were founded, and the seasonal marshes and the endless savannah became, once again, profitable hunting grounds.
Today, however, cameras have replaced elephant guns.
It has the highest density of elephants in North Tanzania, where you can see these animals all year round, and herds often reach a staggering number of 300 animals in Tarangire National Park.
The Tarangire River has water all year round. During the dry season, between July and October, many animals from the surrounding areas come to the river to drink.
When you visit the park during the dry season, you will see an unforgettable natural wonder as you can observe lions, giraffes, buffaloes, wildebeests, and zebras as well as various types of antelopes and gazelles.

If you are lucky, you might even spot a python! During the dry season, this area is also a haven for bird watchers with over 550 species including the Masai Ostrich, the world’s largest bird.
During lunchtime, you will stop at a picnic spot before continuing your wildlife watching in the afternoon. transfer to the lodge for a hot shower, dinner, and overnight.
DAY 3: HOTEL – NGORONGORO CRATER
Early in the morning after your breakfast at the hotel, you will meet your driver-guide for a safari briefing. He will give you an overview of the safari before starting to drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area where Ngorongoro crater is located Ngorongoro crater is contiguous to Lake Manyara National Park and it needs about an hour or two to reach there.
You will have all the formalities of the authority before descending to the crater floor with your picnic lunch.
Ngorongoro crater is famous for its different attraction which includes alkaline lakes, forest, different vegetation, hot springs, different kinds of wildlife and birdlife, and its landscape.
Among the common wildlife in the crater includes; lion, leopard, zebra, elephant, African buffalo, warthog, hyena, wild dogs, the rare black rhino, wildebeest, and varieties of migratory and resident birdlife whereby more than 350 different species have been recorded.
You will both have a memorable morning game drive and a full afternoon game drive before ascending to the crater rim for transfer to the lodge for a hot shower, dinner, and overnight.
DAY 4: LAKE MANYARA – ARUSHA/ MOSHI
Pick up from your Arusha hotel at 8:30 AM and depart for Lake Manyara National Park with a picnic lunch for a full-day game drive.
A lush forest of Acacia and Mahogany trees greets you as you enter the national park.
We will continue the game drive until evening with a short break for a picnic lunch. Watch out for buffaloes, giraffes, impalas, baboons, and blue monkeys during the game drive.
The tree-climbing lions are another spectacle of Lake Manyara National Park, but finding them is a lot of luck. Millions of flamingos flock to the shoreline during the right season.
Following the game drive, you will return to Arusha at the lodge for a delicious dinner.
DAY 5: Departure

ABOUT MESERANI SNAKE PARK
A special treasure of Arusha, a wonderful source of enjoyment and relaxation for locals and foreign visitors.
The snake park is located 25km west of Arusha on the route to the Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater.
The snake park provides various activities, take a guided tour and learn about some of the most dangerous snakes in the world, from the Black and Green Mamba, to the Egyptian Cobra, Puff Adders, and many more.
Capture your special moment and hold a real live snake. Check out the 3m plus crocodiles at feeding time and touch a baby crocodile.
You can also enjoy your personal Maasai guide who will take you on a spectacular tour of the Maasai Cultural Museum.
Visit the Free Education Centre, where the local Maasai have the opportunity to learn how to read and write and further their education in many different ways.
Then transfer you to Kilimanjaro Airport (KIA) to say bye and welcome you again.
