Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our team will be there to greet you and transfer you to Green Mountain Hotel in Arusha. Take some time to relax and settle in after your journey.
After breakfast, we will drive towards Tarangire National Park. During the dry season, the park offers incredible wildlife sightings, including lions, giraffes, buffaloes, wildebeests, zebras, and various antelopes and gazelles. Keep your eyes peeled, as you may even spot a python! Tarangire National Park is also a paradise for bird enthusiasts, with over 550 species, including the majestic Masai Ostrich. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park before continuing your wildlife exploration in the afternoon. Later, transfer to Marella Valley for a relaxing evening, dinner, and overnight stay.
After an early breakfast, meet your driver-guide for a safari briefing. Depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where the Ngorongoro Crater is located. The crater is known for its stunning landscape, alkaline lakes, forests, hot springs, and diverse wildlife and birdlife. Expect to see lions, leopards, elephants, African buffaloes, wildebeests, zebras, hyenas, warthogs, and if you're lucky, the rare black rhino. The crater is also a bird lover's paradise, with over 350 species recorded. Enjoy a memorable morning and afternoon game drive before ascending to the crater rim. Transfer to Marella Valley for a hot shower, dinner, and overnight stay.
After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park. The park welcomes you with a lush forest of Acacia and Mahogany trees. Embark on a full-day game drive, keeping an eye out for buffaloes, giraffes, impalas, baboons, blue monkeys, and the elusive tree-climbing lions. If you visit during the right season, you might witness the spectacle of millions of flamingos at the shoreline. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park and continue your game drive until evening. Afterward, return to Arusha and have a delightful dinner at the lodge.
Today, we will visit the Meserani Snake Park, located west of Arusha on the route to the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. Explore the park and take a guided tour to learn about some of the most dangerous snakes in the world, such as the Black Mamba, Green Mamba, Egyptian Cobra, and Puff Adders. Capture a special moment by holding a live snake and witness the feeding of 3m plus crocodiles. Your personal Maasai guide will take you on a fascinating tour of the Maasai Cultural Museum. Visit the Free Education Centre, which supports local Maasai individuals in their pursuit of education. Enjoy lunch and spend some time in Arusha before we drop you off at the airport for your departure.
